And note the serial number on the trigger guard. It is in the proper D style. Which would be normal for a gun ordered without engraving. The engraving of “Parker Bros” on the side of the frame would also be normal for a gun ordered without engraving. I am not necessarily saying that the name on the gun now is original, but it would have at least been on the frame. Other examples I have seen of unengraved guns, the name is usually inbetween the screws, like on a Trojan, P or V grade.
