Default Lazy Man's Pheasant Dinner

Time to take Turducken off the front page.

Now this is really lazy but tasty enough for little time spent.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

One package of "Shake & Bake"
Sliced almonds if you have some around
Taragon leaves (nice addition)
Pheasant breast and thighs
A few favorite veggies
Frozen french fries (remember it's "lazy")

Add almonds and teaspoon of taragon to shake and bake bag
Shake each portion of meat separately and place onto parchment paper covered baking dish. (Parchment paper helps avoid burning the almonds)

On a parchment paper covered baking tray place as many frozen fries as you want

Place the fries on the top rack and the meat on the lower rack

Bake for fifteen minutes then turn each tray 180 degrees and continue to bake for another ten minutes or so.

Nuke the veggies you have selected for a few minutes

Check the meat to ensure you don't dry it out. If it needs a few more minutes, okay but stay on top of it because you can't go back a minute or two.

Quick, easy and really lazy

To finish off the lazy theme, you could have store bought desert rather than a scrumptious home-made one like this real lemon meringue pie. (I usually don't feel lazy about making a decent desert

Cheers,
Jack
