Good one Dave. One of these days I'm going to take a moose with my .69cal 1842 smoothbore Springfield musket. I assure you it will easily do the job out to 100yds. It shoots into a 10" circle despite having no back sight. I may have to do the coup de grace with the bayonet... If it weren't for the pesky moose 'season' I could take one in my yard too....
