They look like torch colors to me. Or maybe one of the chemical stains that are out there for simulating case colors.
It does not look like any sort of legitimate case colors. Cyanide or any other.
Looks like someone wanted to do a sort of "freshening" on it. So they figured, lets cover the wood in a winchester Red stain, incorrectly checker it and get the pencil torch out and make it Perdy!
