Bought a case some years ago, latch popped open, called and spoke to Lou and he said send back for refund replacement or repair. Asked if he knew of a way i could fix it and he said try this and if it does not work do not worry about any damage you do to it we will replace or refund. Worked great and saved sending it back. Lou could not have been more helpful.
