PGCA ELECTION OF DIRECTORS – CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Election of PGCA Directors will be held in the spring of 2011. The terms of
Charlie Herzog,
Allan Swanson, and
Tom Wooden expire in 2011. Charlie Herzog and Tom Wooden intend to run for reelection. Allan Swanson has decided not to run for reelection. The three nominees receiving the highest number of votes will be elected to three-year terms. In the event of a tie vote for one or more positions, a runoff election will be held as soon as possible thereafter. The terms of Mark Conrad and Josh Loewensteiner expire in 2012. The terms of John Davis and Larry Frey expire in 2013.
