Further to Josh's question on the trigger guard engraving, here are two pics showing a 1906 EE Lefever (upper gun) and my new GE made about 1912. This GE definitely has enhanced engraving on its trigger guard about on par with that on the E Grade.

Click on 1st pic to check out the duck rising out of the marsh on the EE, and the duck that looks like it's been hit/folding up on the GE. Pretty cool.

2nd pic shows both forends with their metalwork. This GE has engraving on the latch plate, not as elaborate as the EE, but not plain/unfinished as on other G Grade Lefevers I own.
