Gary, what is the grade stamp on the water table? Does it look like it has ever been altered?

Not that that would tell us anything.... Parker 168304 The "Czar's Parker" has what would appear to be inconsistencies in the water table stamp. the A-1 were stamped with dies from the same set and the S appears to have been stamped either with a die from different set - or at a later date. But there is no question, nor has there ever been such a question, that 168304 is truly a Grade 8, A-1 S.
