They did the same for my virtually new, but badly done to by being left in a case, 1930 vintage 20-gauge, 26-inch, VH-Grade. All the metal refinished and the engraving picked up, but the wood original.

My Wife got me the gun for my 55th birthday, but not to rush into anything I waited until I was 70 to get it done!!
