I hope to see you at Pintail too. Correct me if I'm wrong but I remember that gun to have a straight grip (with scalloped checkering), 26" barrels and a semi-beavertail forend? The book shows it with a capped pistol grip.... did you ever get a letter on that gun? Any Remington codes after date of manufacture?
