You don't need a photo hosting site to post pictures from your pictures folder to this website.
There is a tutorial available from our Home page.
On the left column of tabs, near the bottom, is the FAQ's tab. When you open that page scroll to the very bottom of the page and there is the "How to upload pictures to a thread..."
