Odd the way that looks. Usually the space under the ribs, both top and bottom, has steel keels there and that silver colored filler is the lead solder. The keel under top rib is usually triangular as cross-cut and the keel under the bottom rib is often round.

Those look like keels but they look like they have rusted away somewhat... I've never seen anything like it.

Are they Parker barrels?

Have they been cut?
