I don't know if this is an indicator, but look at the difference in the markings and engine turning on a factory engraved A1 vs the one on Gunbroker. Also note the water table on the factory engraved gun has "A-1" ahead of the serial number and an "A" on the barrel flats (vs a "B" on the Gunbroker gun).
Looks to me like an in-the-white gun that was engraved later.
