I have both sold and bought there. I have come home with what I think are good values. My sales have brought home more and less than expected. It's an auction.....

For a comparison, when I was last there the number of people that attend is considerably larger than the ones I have been in at a James Julia's Auctions but I suspect the amount of dollars present in the room is considerably less that at Julia's.

My only complaint with them is the same one I have with James Julia auctions: they don't call fair warning before hammering a sale, nor do they announce items being in reserve (if there are any at all).

I'm not sure this helps you at all. I would say that they are in business and do a good job but like all businesses there will be happy and unhappy customers.
