I've actually used a speed bag shooting driven birds. They're great but always make sure you get one with a top opening big enough to easily fit your hand all the way inside without too much effort. First one I had, before I knew what to buy, had a smaller opening and my big mits didn't want to go in it easy. When you're loading quick on a drive or in a hot dove field you want to be able to get down in there with some speed hence the name......
