Wow. That's surprising Paul. I think they have now constructed a factory in Texas and are making their ammo here now. Seems I read that somewhere last year. Maybe they changed powder. I know their prices went up a bit some time back, which may reflect the move to US production and higher labor costs. Their ammo used to be the cheapest of it all at Sportsmans Warehouse and a real bargain if you bought it by the case, but now it's about the same as the other major suppliers. I've never in over 50yrs of shotgunning seen shotshells burn as clean as the Rio target and hunting ammo I've used. Even after 4 boxes shot at clays the bbls barely need a cleaning.
