I'm sure you will have the locks stripped down, cleaned of rust, polished and re-oiled.

I also believe I see a small split in the wood behind the right lock plate. Probably one behind the left as well. This is not uncommon. But must be properly repaired for future service.

The stock oval may or may not be savable. Although the flogging it exhibits is part of the gun's unfortunate history...
