The pad could have just been replaced by Delgrego when it was in for service at one time.

The case colors do not look like Delgrego colors to me, but they do not look factory either.
The wood looks refinished as well.

It does have the common remington features such as no makers mark on the barrel, serial number on barrel flat and the grade/gauge markings on ghe side of the barrel lug.

Awfull lot of money for that gun.
