Default Identification Help

I recently purchased a Parker Bros. , back action, lifter that the seller purported to be an 11 ga.. Well it is not an 11 ga.. I finally checked the chambers and a 12 will not fit and a 16 is too small. So I guess it is a 14 ga.. The barrel rib is marked " Parker Bros. Makers Meriden Conn. Laminated Steel". Serial number is 63 - stamped on the water table and on the bottom of the lug where the frame size is normally located. No other markings..Fig 12 on page 13 of the Parker Gun Identification & serialization book only lists a 14 ga. with lifter, "U" , with Trist steel barrels. This gun has a straight grip stock with a solid steel buttplate. It most closely resembles the pictures on pages 14 and 15 of the book mentioned above. No "Parker Bros." on the lock plates, just border engraving. Buttplate screw heads are scroll engraved, Most of the other screws are "sunburst" engraves as is the hing pin.Trigger guard and frame is border engraved. no proff marks that I can find.

I would appreciate any info that anyone could give me.
Thanks,
Jack
