There was no particular year. As stated - "There is overlap."

Certainly Parker Bros.' supply of the spurred 'old style' of the various sizes and styles of DHBP's was exhausted at different times and Parker Bros. (being the frugal business that they were) wouldn't start using the 'new style' flat DHBP's until the last of the 'old style' was gone.
