Good point. If you delete your cookies it may solve the problem.
How to delete cookies is generally the same but will vary depending on what browser and version of it you are using.
Using Google Chrome to delete Cookies:
1. Click on the drop down button (upper right on screen)
2. In the drop down menu click on Settings
3. At the very bottom of the (new) Settings drop down menu click on advance settings.
4. In the Advanced drop down click go to Privacy. Review your privacy settings. Don't change if you do not know what these are for.
5. Within Privacy click on the Clear History tab. Any IT guru please correct me if this isn't the "dump cookies" function on Chrome!!!
6. Close down all your browsers and reopen.
7. You will now have to log into ALL of your sites (webpages) at least the first time.
Other browser such as Internet Explorer will be a little different. I ususally look for Tools, then Advanced, and on IE, I believe their is a Delete Cookies buttom or tab rather than Delete History.
If you can't figure this out get a teenager to help you. It is way to hard to try to help people resolve their IT issues via this forum or telephone. One can really screw up their computer by clicking on the wrong things!!!! Be careful!
Good Luck!
Mark
