Based on the style of the checkering and shaping of the stock, it is a later manufactured gun.

And it was not uncommon for V grade guns into the 1920s and later to use much nicer wood than their earlier counterparts.

I likely do not need to point out that the case colors on your gun are not original and have been restored.
