Last weekend at the lake in Maine, Grace proved she is a lot like her sire, Coronation's Earl, in that upland birds aren't the only thing she'll point. She "locked on" to a big female snapping turtle heading back to the water after having deposited her eggs on a gravel sidehill above my cottage.
