[King Cobb]

My two parkers both have fairly bright clear recievers. I am our of town for business and stuck my head in a gun shop and noticed a parker that wasn't in my price range, N grade, but it had something I hadn't noticed before, the reciever isn't blued or anything, but it is really dark gray or tarnished. Doesn't look bad or anything, just from my looking at it, it makes the limited engraving the gun had difficult to see. I am sure this is just something that has to do with the age of the gun, but is it something that can be cleaned up? Just curious.
