Thanks very much to those who have offered to volunteer a bit of their time to supply pictures and write-ups of the three parts I asked for help on. Besides those who have posted their willingness here, there have been others who have sent PM's offering their help. Again, Thanks... it looks like we have all bases covered now.
Those who will be contributing are Mike, George, Josh, Charlie, Bruce, and probably one or two more that I don't know about yet.
