Actually I think the Parker company is no different then say Marlin or Winchester in the same time period !

William Brophy's book on Marlin has many many many contradictions etc after one has collected/accumulated Marlin guns . My friends that get hung up on Wrenchesters say the same thing with some of the printed matter on there choosen brand .
