Default Some Trojan Details

I was inspecting my 16ga Trojan with a magnifier today (I know, I know, but it's too cold and snowy outside) and spotted a couple of nifty things. This is S/N 186773, 1919 cohort.

First, the lettering is nicely hand cut and the ruled underscribe continues up and around the forward screw in a nice arc. Second, the engraver has added a few flourishes to what is otherwise a very plain gun.

Also, on this gun someone continued (not perfectly) the grip checkering margin around the front of the grip to create a bit of a cap effect:

Last, there is a repair to the toe area and I'm wondering if any Trojan guns left the factory with defect repairs such as this:
