Oh well... I own a half dozen of more Elsie's. They are good guns but in my opinion, based on observed design characteristics, the Parker design is better. I think that time has proven this. Further, maintainability clearly wasn't considered in the Smith design...

Hmmm, maybe someone could write an article of the merits of the designs of Parker, LC Smith, and AH Fox guns? An article such as this would need to be objective.

As for Internet basics, perhaps it is time to learn?
