If your crimp is dished you need more filler or adjust your drop tube so you don't have any pressure when you seat the wad. A lot of pressure is just collapsing the cushion part of the wad and it will want to push back up after the load is complete. For me, I need a 1/2" from the top of the shot to the top of the shell for 12ga. For the 10ga I like about 5/8". Your shells look fine to me. With a slight dish the shell can't open because the petals are interlocked.
