Default Galazan Bore Gauge modifications.

I used to own a Chubbs gauge, but I think I got talked out of it. My wife bought me a Galazan gauge last year and I returned the first one because of a quality issue. They also sold a digital version, but it was quite a bit more expensive, and I'm not sure they still do offer it.
I was tagging along with a friend when he went to Harbor Freight one day and saw their digital dial indicators. I whored my principles and bought one, since it was only about $20.
Dial indicators have a standard rear-plate screw pattern, so I simply removed the mechanical indicator, and mounted the digital one. It makes direct reading of bore and choke constriction very simple. You MUST have the calibration block that comes with the bore gauge, so you know where you're starting from, but that's pretty much true even if you're using the mechanical gauge, and the dial might be inadvertently rotated.
You might also see I attached a scale to the gauge tube, but I don't like it. Does anyone know where you can get the adhesive one like Hosford uses on his barrel wall gauge? I think it's about 1/4" wide.
