I had the same issue with a Parker that had been fitted with a new ejector. The source of the problem turned out to be that the cut out for the shell in the ejector shoe was a few thousandths smaller than the chamber. When the fired shell expanded there was a minute ridge that would drag on the ejector shoe on the way by. I would eject, but shells would barely come out of the gun. I don't think it's an issue with the chamber size, shells will always fit tight after they have been fired, but if they drop into the chambers out of the box I would look somewhere else.
