John, if you loo bushing will remove it. If you look close, you will see 2 notches opposing each other. a fine tipped screwdriver the width of the bushing will work. Unscrew the bushing as any other screw and when it will not raise anymore, a fine needle-nosed plier can be used to pull it out gently and straight. Jim
