I know I posted this some time ago, but when I broke my 28 ga. Repro at the wrist, I glued it back together with some very strong West Systems 2-part epoxy. The repair has held up fine for around 6-7 years now (I forget exactly), and many days in the field. Didn't cost much (mostly my time) and I didn't have to ship the gun anywhere. I oil-finished the stock and re-cut the checkering. The repair is nearly invisible.
It is, obviously, the bottom gun. Blow it up and see if you can tell where it broke. The other 2 are Garbis that I refinished, a 20 ga. that I added a leather covered recoil pad to, in order to make it long enough (it had been cut down by the previous owner) and probably my favorite gun, a 28 ga. with two sets of bbls, 28" CYL/IC and 30" IC/IM.
Anyway, don't discount the possibility of repairing it yourself. Very satisfying work!
