Phil, before you jump into any trades make certain it is not a refinished gun. Some refinish jobs... no, most refinish jobs will be considerably less valuable than an original, untouched Parker in the same level of condition. Show us some picures before you make the trade.
Incidentally, you can't get a letter from Remington on your Parker. We, the PGCA, are the only source for a letter on your Parker, if there is even any information. There is also the possibility that Bob Beach at Griffin & Howe may have information on your Parker.
