Well, after two nights of debate, it looks like Drake Landing will be allowed to continue to operate the shooting range at their facility. 
So, we've won the battle, but not the war. It's still a conditional use permit, and their fight is far from over, but it's a step in the right direction. Thanks again for all of your help.
