Steve is correct. You can see from the top view photo that the right side the stock head appears flared away from the frame. Almost certainly internal cracks that need professional attention. Some of the screw slots are marred, and there is little original case coloring or damascus pattern showing. The lever is left of center which could indicate a loose action, and who knows what the bores look like. All in all, its a well worn 12 gauge shooter...nothing particularly rare about it...those typically sell in the $750 to $1,000 range, so no, this is not too good of a bargain to be true. You would get what you pay for here.
