I don't see a grade stamp on the rear of the right barrel flat (your 2nd picture) and that indicates a grade 2 to me. Damascus barrels were standard on grade 2 and above but Parker Bros. practice of a numerical grade stamp on the right barrel flat was only for grade 3 and higher.
We don't know what the significance of the "J" is but we speculate it is an inspector's or fitter's mark.

Also, on the lug next to the stamp for the 2 frame is a 0 and we don't know its significance but the tiny J.G. there is the stamp of James Geary, a Parker Bros. barrel maker and fitter.
