the stock was in bad shape no checkering and missing a section of wood.
it was beyond ever looking new, so we replaced some wood and left the rest the way it was.
the barrels are in very good condition, there was very little Damascus pattern showing on the barrels when we got it.
We lightly browned them so they would not look out of place compared to the rest of the gun.
we have shot a lot of sporting clays with it, and the gun locks up tight and handles great. MY son got it from a dealer that sells plastic shotguns as a wall hanger...the old dangerous Damascus story.
Best $95 he ever spent.
