Thanks for the tip on the Gel-Tec pad from Beretta. Been looking for something like this for a while. I have the riser from RST which seems to work but it's damn ugly. Also have a stick-on pad from Galazen but it's not removable. For $29 I'll give the Gel-Tec a try.
