David, you should really access the Craig Reynolds article in the Parker Pages. Several of us provided him with research information on the half frame. The 16 gauge 1/2 frame is truly a wonderful gun. Mine is a wonder gun. It weighs the same with 12 or 16 gauge barrels. I'm sure you are enjoying yours.
