Greg, a good shooting venue would be the Prince George's County Skeet and Trap Center about 1/2 hour north of Washington just off Rt. 295. It is across the street from the Goddard Space Flight Center. This is a great course and they offer SC ($22 per round of 50), trap, skeet, 5 stand and wobble trap (all $6 for 25).
