Ejector kicker shaft is a larger diameter than the shaft on the conventional extractor. And kickers Do not have the guide pin since they use a guide in the top which rides in slots on the bottom of the rib extension. So a conventional extractor cannot be put into ejector barrels without a bit of work. Really the kickers can be used as extractors. You can fuse them together by welding or soldering. And then shorten the shaft so it will operate correctly on the frames extractor roll joint arm.
