P-W reloaders feature full-length or near full-length re-sizing dies. Full-length re-sizing is precise and creates more friction to extract than the hull can take without being final crimped. P-W reloaders are not designed to extract the loaded hulls without being final crimped.

If it were me, I'd forget about roll-crimping. Instead I'd get myself a skiving tool to skive the hulls prior to reloading and then crimp them with the standard P-W 6 or 8 point crimp.
