In one sense, Husquvarna was a lot like Parker Bros., they were a very diversified manufacturing company that had a small division that made guns. They got out of the gun business 20 or 30 years ago. They made very high quality rifles and shotguns. The rifles were primarily built on Mauser actions, and as said about the shotguns, do not bring much money. Currently Husky manufactures extremely high quality chain saws (commercial logger quality) and lawn care equipment.
