That's hard to say. First we would have to find an
authenticated "back door" Parker and then check for factory records on it.
As I recall, Ivory Beads had a Parker a couple of years ago where the engraving was incomplete, suggesting a similar scenario... I wonder if Jim Thynne can comment on that one.
