indeed i have been looking for ammo in my local area for it but so far i have not found any. i know there are a few sites but i like to promote local business when possible.
thank you for the info on the initials. the pictures don't show the scratches on the stock or the faint surface rusting from lack of proper oiling/ cleaning over the years.
family history places this gun as a war piece i even have the army leather horse bag for it. the gun smith i took it to told me to put a $2,000 dollar insurance just in case it ever gets stolen. the sentimental value is more than i could insure it for or ever sell it for so it will forever remain a family piece.
