its a Jim Chambers kit, (the fowler is on page four)

as kits go, they are one of, if not the best, anyone good with hand tools, could with care assemble one, its getting the architecture correct that makes the look right. about $920 plus shipping for the kit, the barrels ship separately

i would guess - and its just a guess, you would pay 500 to a grand for a good basic job (maybe more if you want it fancy) for some one to build from the kit

I am sure if you called, Jim or his daughter Barbie would give you a better idea and might even suggest someone.
