Default DH 12 Gauge

Well Rick since you asked.......The Gun was shipped on June 8th 1891 and returned to Parker June 13, 1899 to take out dents, reblue and make safety work ...Maybe the gun was shot alot by a market hunter? The gun is all original and rock solid....with 3 1/4 drop.... Since I have never been a numbers guy I took Destry's advice and I hold the stock at the corner of my mouth ..works well for me,...... but you should also know that a hunting friend that used to hunt whistlers with his uncle and really understood how to decoy them close, taught me alot... and on most days when there are birds I can get them close and I pick my shots...I have a G Grade Hammer 12 Gauge made in 1883 that is going to get its turn this winter...yes the picture was taken after last Christmas in our split season
