Sorry to make the point again that 1. Bernard pattern barrels were quite popular, esp. in German-Austrian guns, 2. made by about every barrel maker in Liege, and 3. there is essentially no chance that the Parker C Grade Bernard II barrels were made by Leopold Bernard without this mark



Leopold died in 1870 but his company was making barrels until at least 1890, and his trademark possibly purchased and continued thereafter as fluid steel barrels into the early 1900s with the mark exist
