For example - imagine the day when Pete and Dean need my help in logging into the forum to be able to post??? I imagine that day might happen soon...

Nope, without a lot of detail... Tim needed a little help making a terrific acquisition at KTP, so I assisted the process along in meeting (maybe exceeding?) customer (Tim) expectations...
